(Even better, but a lot more work: Super Chocolate Brownie
Recipe from Roberta!)
Needs to be replaced with a picture of brownies
Put Duncan Hines Chocolate Supreme brownie mix in bowl
Scoop the middle up to the sides to create a well for the wet ingredients
Add 2 eggs
Add 1/3 cup canola oil. Put 1 tablespoon of this in the 13x9" pan and use
paper towel to evenly coat pan.
Add 1/4 cup water (This is less than what the recipee calls for.)
Mix up the wet ingredients trying not to mix in the brownie mix. (This
may not help the brownies in any way, but it's a lot of fun and makes
me feel like I'm doing something special.)
Mix in the brownie mix, too. Do this fairly quickly. Make sure you get all
the brownie mix on the bottom. Don't over mix.
Blend in 1 cup of Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate chips
Pour into glass pan. Level by shaking; or try spinning if it won't go
into the corners.
Use semi-sweet, miniture M&M's to spell out a name or occasion. Discard
the
brown M&M's around the outside edge of the brownies and use the colored ones
to spell the name. (The brown ones would become invisible and confuse the letters.)
Bake about 38 minutes at 350 degrees Farenheit. Test that a
match stick
isn't completely coated. Test more than one place in case you skewered a
chocolate chip. (Add about 10 minutes and bake at 325 if you use a
9"x9" pan.)
